Terms of sale and licence

Jobkit is sold by Jobkit. In these terms, “we” and “us” means Jobkit, and “you” means the person who pays for the file.

One spreadsheet file, Jobkit.xlsx, in standard .xlsx format. The price is $37 USD, paid once. Tax is added at checkout where the law requires it, and the amount is shown before you pay.

There is no subscription. Nothing renews. There is no account to create and no login that can be locked out.

You may:

• use Jobkit for commercial work in your own detailing business
• keep it on as many devices as you own
• change the sheet, the rates and the labels to suit how you work
• keep using it for as long as you like, with no check-in and no expiry

You may not:

• resell it, give it away, publish it, or post the file anywhere others can download it
• use it or its formulas as the basis of a product, template or course you sell
• hand it to another business to use as their own
• remove the copyright note inside the file

Buying Jobkit buys the right to use it. The file, its layout and its formulas stay ours. Nothing in this licence transfers them to you.

The download link appears on the confirmation page as soon as the payment clears, and the same link is emailed to the address you paid with. A link works for 7 days and 5 downloads.

If the link lapses, use the resend page and we send a fresh one to that same address. Keep a copy of the file somewhere you can find it.

Jobkit is a pricing calculator. It is not invoicing software, it is not bookkeeping software, and it is not tax, legal or financial advice.

It makes no promise about your income, your win rate or the jobs you will get. Every number it shows comes from figures you typed into it. Your prices are your decision, and so are their consequences.

Our refund policy is part of these terms. In short: email us within 30 days and we refund the full $37, no reason needed. A refund switches off the download links and ends the licence in section 3.

Support is by email at hello@jobkit.shop. We answer questions about the file, the download and your order. We do not price your jobs for you.

We may change the file, the price or these terms for future purchases. The version you bought stays yours under the terms that were in force on the day you bought it. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version.

As far as the law allows, our total liability for anything connected with Jobkit is limited to the amount you paid for it, $37. We are not liable for lost profit, lost work or business decisions made using the sheet.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and the courts of that state deal with any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not take away rights you have under the law of the place you live.
