Refund policy

Email hello@jobkit.shop within 30 days of purchase and we refund the full $37. You do not need to give a reason.

Write from the address you paid with, or tell us that address, so we can find the order. There is no form to fill in and no call to sit through.

The refund goes to the payment method you used. We send it within two business days of your email. Most banks post it to the account five to ten business days after that, which is their timing, not ours.

You get the full $37 plus any tax that was added at checkout.

When an order is refunded, the download links for that order stop working. The licence in our terms ends at the same moment, so the copy on your computer should be deleted.

We do not ask you to prove that you deleted it. We do ask that you do.

If you are in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. By starting the download you ask us to deliver the content immediately and acknowledge that the withdrawal right ends once the download starts. Our 30-day refund still applies on top of that.

Jobkit is one file. There are no physical goods, nothing travels by post, nothing needs to come back to us, and there is no delivery charge at any point.

If the file will not open, the download link failed, or you were charged twice, email hello@jobkit.shop and say what happened. We would rather fix it than refund it, but either way you decide.
